I look at the " percentile " number or the test results and/or the " color " in order to know what is " high " . The percentile tell you where the result falls in the range of results expected on this test. On DDI tests, red represents a result in the highest/lowest 2.5 percentile of results, for example. Also, what sort of a test this is (hair, blood, urine, poop; challenged or not) will make a difference in understanding your number. If you want you can read some information about hair testing for mercury, here: http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/HOW_TO_hair_test.html > We are using The Trio for now and then will most likely try > DMSA and ALA.He also has high lead and aluminum. For the lead DMSA is the best thing-- and you need to chelate for a couple of YEARS (although not necessarily all the time-- you could do one weekend a month after a while.) Lead takes a very long time to clear out. (Aluminum *may* get cleared out by the body once the mercury is removed.) good wishes, Moria
