what is it like the first 24 hours like after surgery?

as my tenative surgery (1/23) draws closer I am starting to wonder what

it will be like the 24 hours post surgery? Thank you.

I don't really remember much, I was in alot of pain most of the time but I

later found out I was supposed to have morphine every hour but nurse wratchet

only gave it to me when I begged for it (she was sooooooooooo mean) Other than

that I just slept. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
