Guest guest Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 Hi Shauna - I go to the YMCA 3 days a week & do the elliptical or Cross trainer for 1/2 hr.Then do the Cybex weight machines for 1/2 hr.The off days I try to walk as much as possible.Do you still do curves?
