I am borrowing this title telling people about the surgery

Hi Everyone,

Well, everyone in my immediate family knows that I'm getting the

surgery. I told my husband's side of the family on Sunday at a

family get-together. No one really said anything, and actually as I

was talking, people started leaving the room. It wasn't like I was

left sitting alone in the living room, but it was really a strange

feeling. You'd think they'd listen to me and leave the room AFTER I

was done talking, but they didn't.

It was weird.

My best friend Dana knows. Doctors of mine know, but, I'm not going

to go out of my way to tell people. Once I start losing weight and

people I know notice it or may comment on it, then I'll tell them.

I'm not gonna print up any flyers though.

It's because I'm doing this for me...not everyone else.
