Guest guest
Some people have " clinical " depression and others have depression due to the circumstances surrounding their lives. Some have both. In the case of clinical depression, life's events can seem even more dramatic, and an individual may need medication to help with their symptoms as well as therapy. In some cases medication alone can be helpful. When the depression is due to your situation in life (psychological/emotional), and is not something physiological, then therapy might be the answer. Best to decipher which is relative to you situation and go from there. Noreen
