Guest guest
Some of the tactics used by CPS might be of interest to the ACLU. I am gathering information about ppl who have been falsely accused and had CPS involved. CPS gets paid per child they remove from the family home. If you: 1. Live in California, 2. Believe CPS acted unjustly, that your 4th amendment rights were violated, and are innocent of any sort of abuse or neglect, 3. Have documentation about (2) and are willing to send it, and have evals done, please respond to this email directly to me. liz
Guest guest
She probably should have posted it to Parenting but probably cross-referenced it to catch everyone. She's had a difficult time and has been looking into what she remedies she has b/c she has been falsely accused of abusing her child by her BP ex and as a result has uninvestigated criminal charges just lying around in the DA's office in CA, and has not had visitation with her child in like two years. There have been a couple of other people here on the boards who have similar issues (false accusations by the BPs in their lives and investigations by their local Famiy Services) who are also looking for a remedy or way to respond to these false accusations. So that's what the message is about.
