I'd be willing to buy some fat free cottage cheese and mix it with almost anything and taste test it if someone wants. WITHIN REASON!! I can't think of a fruit that wouldn't taste good with cottage cheese. I also can't think of any mexican or italian dish that wouldn't be improved by it.
