Hi everyone,

With the school year soon approaching, I was wondering if anyone has

had any good experiences using supplements to help with attention

and mild anxiety issues? My son will be entering first grade in

September and with all the increased demands, I'd like to be as

proactive as possible with these issues. If anyone has any good

suggetions, I thought I could try them out during the summer and see

how it goes.

Thanks so much,

Sheryl

Personally, I use lecithin, DMAE, and gingko for attention and

sarsaparilla (an herb) for anxiety. The first three in the morning, the

saraparilla in the late afternoon. If I'm attending a conference, I do

two sarsap - one in morning, on in late afternoon.

,

Does the sarsaparilla (herb) help with anxiety?

Do you think using this herb and the other three

(lecithin, DMAE & ginko) all help with anxiety?

Could you let us know the brand of sarsaparilla

that seems to work the best? Do you also drink

a tea made with this herb? Thanks! Aly

My son's attention issues have been dramatically helped with

B6/B12/magnesium.
