Yeah I have been snacking and I have not been getting the protein and all

that stuff for the last couple of days......Lots of carbs........Its all good!

I did all right yesterday. Not great, but only ate small portions as usual

and the best thing last night was the kettle corn that my wife and I shared

while watching Santa Claus II.

Eh don't feel bad. I barely got in any water. And had a lot of carbs

as well. But I managed to lose 3 lbs while in GA so I guess it's all

good. I didn't eat much of anything at all is what helped. LOL But,

I'm back home in my own environment it should be better now. I'm gonna

try to hit the treadmill today. And today marks my 6 mos surgiversary! :-)
