Guest guest
Great! Sleep sure is an amazing thing, isn't it? It's on the list of things I don't take for granted anymore. I'm glad Isocort is working for you. I'd certainly use that before going to the prescription stuff. Maybe I'll try it again someday to see if I can get off of Cortef. If you don't mind my asking, what was Tish's suggestion? I must have missed it. Oh, and you mentioned your joints were cracking and hurting. Is that better too? Today, no adrenal support as I went to my local compounding pharmacy and bought a full on ZRT saliva test that covers all hormones and cortisol. The pharmacist will get the results and then call me to come in to go over my results and will then write a letter to my doctor explaining the test and what suggestions he has for treatment. I am also going in this week for bloodwork, so it will be interesting to compare the two. I guess what I am leading up to, is that Isocort seems to work really well for me is a wonderful source for encouragement and knowledge on adrenals. Thanks !!!
