The following little, one-sentence gem was stated on the adrenal

fatigue site and can explain why I " " and aka " Vic "

feel like our bodies are going totally and completely whacko nutso:

Problems occur when the ovaries " wind down " quicker than the

adrenals can build up their ability to take over and the body can

adjust to lower levels.

Yes us GUYS need something! We were just privately griping about the poor role

we females have in life. We get stuck with the sore boobs, cramps, PMS, horrid

messy periods, then have HUGE babies, then about 50X more women get hypo and

then, to top it ALL off, we go into MENopause! I think we get the raw end of the

deal!

yeah, and sometimes I don't privately grip and YELL QUITE publically

that peri-meno SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes I'd rather have that 9 lb. 2 oz baby

coming out of the little hole rather than THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!
