Guest guest
Are you talking about a rotiessier? I've had one for years and love it. The meats are always juicy. I love to make lamb in it. Kathy 220/145/
Guest guest
You could roast a variety of meats on it. Just depends on how much you feel you would use it. Guest guest
Roasted meat is usually pretty juicy. Most I've had has been anyway. You can really make it tasty w/ some rubs & such. Guest guest
, the best money I spen on kitchen items was for measuring cups/spoons, a hand held blender, food scale, and small plates.

The apple will add flavor and keep the meat moist. Just a simple trick my father used, and he was a chef. Guest guest
Actually, the roasters usually make the meat moister, because the area is smaller and the juices have less chance of evaporation. I made our turkey in my mom's roaster and it was incredible. It was one of the moistest birds ever. Guest guest
It sounds like a great product if you have room for it because roasting will give you good flavor but probably take all of the fat away and I like the taste of roasted or grilled foods instead of fried now. I don't know if it's worth it to have one now that I'm going to have the RNY done. Should I spend the money on another kitchen item? Any thoughts or suggestions? Guest guest
If is is like a couple that I have seen, it does a wonderful job on the meats. Lin 422-338-250 Lhsh@... Guest guest
If you could even just use a roasting pan, it will make the meat moister. My mother-in-law either uses a roasting bag to do her turkey or a large roasting pan and you would not believe how great that bird comes out. You do not have to carve it because the meat just falls off of the bone. Lin 422-338-250 Lhsh@... American by birth, Saved by the grace of God.
