Guest guest
Hi I am a 33 year old mother of a very active 7 year old boy.I have been struggling with my weight since I was in my early 20's. I went from being known to my family as " skinny bones " to what I look like today. My family is amazed when they see how I have changed. I am about 5'2 and weigh about 262lbs. I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and sleep apnea, which I currently have a CPAP machine. I have also been suffering from depression that. Most recently I have not had my menses which my primary has related to weight gain. I am afraid of trying to have the surgery due to being denied. But at the same time need it for health reasons. I have Aetna and hear so much about the struggles of being approved for this which they say is covered @ 100%. One of my closest friends had the surgery and other than some vomiting and loose skin it was a sucess. Does anyone have any input?
