Guest guest Posted October 24, 2004 Report Share Posted October 24, 2004 I've been giving my daughter over 500 mg niacinamide for multiple chemical sensitivities per your suggestion. It's working. I may try to work up to 1000 mg. Question: Is there danger of depleting other B vitamins when you give only one of them? (I tried grapefruit juice which also worked, but the juice itself was problematical). If there is a danger of depleting others, what do you suggest?
