Guest guest
I am 5' 4 " if I stand really tall. I had forgotten how little I was. I feel GREAT! No more diabetes!!!!! This has been a very hectic year for my family. I had the surgery to live. I didn't realize how sick I was. I was so used to feeling bad all the time and not being able to walk far ( I have a torn tendon) couldn't ever do the mall. I can now work all day and still have energy to fix dinner for my family. I don't have those mood swings anymore either. Please keep my husband in your prayers, he fell off a ladder at work last week and broke two vertabrae in his back and they don't expect him to return to work for 3 months. He works for himself with one helper so this will be a tough time. I also just closed down my retail store and started an online business soooo we are trying hard to stay positive and be jolly. I know I couldn't handle this if I hadn't lost the weight. I don't often write but you are all an inspiration to me and look forward to reading about our challenges and successes. Love, Kathy

Guest guest
Congrats Kathy! You must be about 5 foot nothing. I'm 6 foot and couldn't imagine weighing that little. Of course I couldn't imagine weighing twice that and I'm down to 270. Mike in GR > > I am so excited it finally got below 150 lbs. I never thought I would see > that again.
