Guest guest
, Dont beat yourself up over this......just get back on the horse tomorrow! But if you insist, SMACK!!! On your child support issue, I totally agree (keep in mind I have no kids) but if you have the kid living with you then she should be paying him!! I know that the world never works like this, and the woman would NEVER have to pay the man.......Oh god I need to stop right there before I get some people all mad at me!! LOL........But I would take it back to court! Good luck, and get back on track in the morning! Mike T

Guest guest
::hugs:: It's okay just because you had WLS doesn't make you not human. You do make mistakes, we all do. Just learn from it and go on. Don't beat yourself up because then you get depressed, and eat more, feel worse, get more depressed, eat more, etc. So, nip it in the bud, take a deep breath, smile and go on to the next learning experiance. We all stumble, and fall, the differance is whether or not we pick ourselves up again afterwards. And now, before I can possibly slip in any more cliches , It will be okay, and we are all there rooting for you. Guest guest
You have every right to be upset. It is sad that you have to revert back to court to settle this, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to be sane in the long run. Hang in there . Guest guest
LOL!!! Well since there are 2 kids and only 1 is living w/ us she won't have to pay unless she's making more money than Tim. And that's not the case. Which is fine. We have no problem paying what we're supposed to. We talked to a lawyer today who said that our offer of paying half is right about what a court would say since Tim does make more $. Not a lot more; but some more. But...the kicker is...she said he should only be paying about $600 a month instead of the $1000 if both kids lived w/ their mom. Big difference. Tim's going to try to talk to her one more time & let her know what the lawyer said. I told him to tell her we'd even offer to pay Jane's car payment. We'll see what she says. But, I'm sure it'll wind back up in court. W 380/262/160 PS...even w/ all I ate yesterday I lost 1 lb. Guest guest
Thanks!!! I appreciate the words of encouragement. I was just so disappointed because I didn't handle myself better. I did better today tho. Only " snack " I had was to lick the pb from the knife when I made my daughter's sandwich for lunch tomorrow! Guest guest
Well there is a bit of hope. Tim talked to her tonight and she's agreed to talk about it at least. We'll see how far it goes. W 380/262/160 J Tro wrote: > You have every right to be upset.
