Guest guest
Hello all, At this point, I think writing a book would be quite easy. Actually a very cathartic experience. I've been reading posts for a few hours and can now relate more than ever. This, I realize is not the place to tell the whole " experience " story but for me it was amazing - good and bad. If anyone wants to hear the whole story - email me and I will give it to you. My goal prior to surgery was to prepare myself for as much as possible. I tried to be an optimist and read as many success stories as possible. I am successfully decompressed and the surgeon was quite impressed with the pressure my brain was experiencing and that the herniation was more than shown on the MRI - common I'm sure. He is very optimistic and even a little excited to see how recovery proves the lessoning of some of my chiari symptoms. Wish I could say more - having computer problems. I'll try this again.
