Guest guest
My Cousin (WLS 2 year ago) warned me. " things will change in your life - You will want to change cause you are so excited in your body change. " I think I am hiding from alot of things. Last night friends took me out for my birthday (still celebrating). I didn't want to dance (a shock to them all). I just didn't feel good about my body (ate too much). I KNOW this was weight related... Jackie in CA W akwalker13@...> wrote: So I'm a little interested in the last paragraph. I have always thought of myself as a loner and never had more than 2-3 friends (if that) at any given time. And those were typically through school or work. I only see Bill (who is my best friend and lives 4 miles from me) one day a week and only talk to him maybe 2 times a week if one of us needs something. When I was an undergrad I hung out at a local bar 3-4 nights a week with a couple of friends, got very little sleep, and still managed to get through school and work. I weighed a lot less, but was also a lot younger. I don't know how I did it. Then I went to grad school and packed on the pounds. Now, I tell myself that I am too busy to do much and I stay at work until almost 7 pm every day. Then I go home, eat, watch TV, and go to bed. I wonder if this " behavior " is weight related and if I will change as the weight comes off? It's hard to know since I've been that way for so long but reading your post gives me hope that my outlook will change. in MI > > >> > > > > > >> > > > My female older cousin told me about this tonight. > > >> > > > > > >> > > > http://tinyurl.com/ym6g6l > > >> > > > > > >> > > > " Losing weight then tends to increase your sex drive, he > > > says. > > >> > And, > > >> > > > losing weight improves the sex lives of men in another > > >> way. Guest guest
It takes a while for our brains to catch up with our body. The changes we make are more like the things we had help up inside ourselves for so long out of fear. I slowly letting them out one by one and it does seem to change our character. Our confidence does and says soooooo much... it's amazing. J Tro snoopy4jtro@...> wrote: My Cousin (WLS 2 year ago) warned me.
