Please don't feel so bad. I know its hard but you do have support

here. I think the PS, all depends on the person. My friend had

wls 2 yrs ago and she weighed 397. She didn't exercise hardly any and

she just had a tummy tuck. They removed 4 lbs of skin but it looks

like she dropped another 40-50 lbs. Before she was a size 5x now

she's a 16. Her doctor told her if she'd exercised regularly she may
