That happens on occasion! It happened to me all this week. I couldn't

get past 255. This morning the scale finally broke & said 254.

WOOHOO! Are you making sure to get all your water in. I drank a ton of

water yesterday. I think it helped to flush a bit of water weight out

of me. Plan to do it again today. Don't worry about getting

stuck..especially if you're making good food choices. Your body is just

adjusting to your new weight. We didn't gain it overnight...we can't

lose it overnight. Even though we'd like to. LOL

Hi Audrey, I am so happy to see you have had a great holiday and did so well

Yay!! I too am pulling myself together and taking this time to organize myself

even better. I am stuck on the scale a bit too. We will get through it.

Here is to our new year of success.

I have also been on vacation since Dec 20.... going back Jan 8th. I

have been busy around the house, cleaning up some areas that are

neglected in the every-day shuffle and have been running around to the

malls and such. I am positive in my attitude that I will begin losing

again, however, will take any suggestions, pointers and advice anyone

has. Thanks!
