Each serving has: 27g of Protein 1.5g of fat 1g saturated fat 40mg Cholesterol 80mg of Sodium 3g total carbs 1g dietary fiber 1g sugars 15% Calcium 4% Iron It says to mix it with 5oz of some liquid. It's a bit cheaper than what I get at Wal-Mart. 2 lbs for $11-something I believe. Different brand. But this has more protein. That's always good. :-) Have you tried the chocolate? I mix it with vanilla flavored soymilk so there is some vanilla in there somewhere. It's all good enough for me I guess. I am the one going out to work and earning money and my other half pays all the bills and handles all the money. I feel very restricted because whenever we get a lump sum of money it goes off of his credit card and not mine. Oh there is more to it but it frustrates me heaps. We wouldn't have anything left! LOL! I still do all the banking. But Tim & I both have debit/check cards w/ access to the $$. You work just as hard as your hubby! :-D Probably harder.
