Remember there are a lot of us and if you don't get a answer in a day or two, post again. Good to hear from the " regulars " who have been busy with life in general and the holiday season. I am at 181-180 and cannot wait until I am in the 170's I have gone from 264 on July 19 to 181 as of today!!!! WOOHOOO I also am in a size 14 pants. Old Navy and I are having a torrid love affair so you may want to buy stock, but you didn't hear it from me. My goals for the new year include continuing my exercise routine of boot camp, gym,and bike riding; do a good job at work with my students for the remainder of the school year; continue to eat healthy and add more fruits and vegetables to my daily diet;enjoy my new age(40 on Saturday!!!); enjoy my new healthier lifestyle to its fullest! I'm a newbie and still learning some ropes even though I've lurked and posted a little bit, My surgery is on the 10th, with Dr Alberto Aceves, in Mexicalli Mexico, Yep, I'm nervous as hell but can't stand the fat butt, or as my dh calls the bubble butt bouch, he means it loving, and he is fully supporative, and is going with me.
