Welcome to all the new members to the board. This is an awesome

place to listen ad be heard. Remember there are a lot of us and if

you don't get a answer in a day or two, post again.

Good to hear from the " regulars " who have been busy with life in

general and the holiday season.

I am at 181-180 and cannot wait until I am in the 170's I have gone

from 264 on July 19 to 181 as of today!!!! WOOHOOO I also am in a

size 14 pants. Old Navy and I are having a torrid love affair so you

may want to buy stock, but you didn't hear it from me.

My goals for the new year include continuing my exercise routine of

boot camp, gym,and bike riding; do a good job at work with my

students for the remainder of the school year; continue to eat

healthy and add more fruits and vegetables to my daily diet;enjoy my

new age(40 on Saturday!!!); enjoy my new healthier lifestyle to its

fullest!

Hoping everyone has a happy, healthy, safe new year!!!
