Guest guest
Hi Shauna, It's easy tofocus on those around us but please be sure that by taking care of you first you are taking care of them. I know how hard it is. i'ts taken me 25 years to put me first and my family is better for it. I am healthier, and more emotionally stable (that sounds like i was a nut case, lol) but with the diabetes and not eatng or sleeping right I had hormonal swings and the ups and downs that went with it. Biggest things get enough sleep, I even went to the doctor for Lunesta to help. I wasn't able to sleep through the night. I don't take them everynight only when I know it's going to be a restless one. I cannot tell you how much sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night has made. What I plan to do this year. I closed down my retail and store and will run a smaller version from home. I am going to make a menu plan to plan our daily dinners. My grandmother did this when we were little. It saves money, time and energy. You don't have to think that night what to eat and maybe eat the wrong thing because it's quick. Also you can make a roast on Sunday and have two other meals like stew or stoganoff later in the week. This is my # 1 New Years resolution. I have to do this for the family my husband weighs 290 and is 5'9 " he broke his back and he needs and wants to lose weight. Everyone lost a little weight since I had the surgery because I was the main culprit in going out to eat and buying junk food for the house. Work out at the gym at least 3x week. I really haven't done an exercise. Good luck, Kathy 220/145/
Guest guest
I have noticed that sleep is MAJOR in succeeding through a day. Real important or you won't want to do anything. Can't enjoy it either. CropKitty@... wrote: Hi Shauna, It's easy tofocus on those around us but please be sure that by taking care of you first you are taking care of them.
