No more public replies are required or welcome.

As Kathleen stated-

This is a good thing, and if you want to write to Oprah, Montel,

Geraldo, or Jerry Springer.. please do so.. but there is no need to

write the group about it.

Anyone who has been here for a year or more has seen these " rallies "

come and go. Some of us have seen MANY of these rallies. They are

GOOD, however our experience has been that it tends to create a lot

of chatter within the group and leads to disappointment. We already

have more non-chiari-related messages than we need, and already have

complaints about too many e-mails that aren't directly chiari

related.

I'm NOT saying " We've tried this before and it will never work " . I'm

saying I encourage you ALL to write to Oprah or Montel or whomever

you like.. and if you get them to give Chiari some recognition let us

know! One day it WILL work.

Guys:

Look I don't want to put anyone down but not only are some of us new but we

all know that we all have to agree that the talk show's are getting kinda

desperate for topics. as soon as I finish my e-mails i " m going to do opray,

montel and how about the view. I know that this is not just a woman's issue

but they do alot of really good stuff too.

Anyway I don't see anything wrong to try and get people to pull together,

there IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS.
