Guest guest
Those are my favorite. Kahlua makes little pre made ones you can buy at the liquor store. I'm having one right now. Let me just say this...I would be a cheap date! I haven't finished it and already have a buzzz. Guest guest
You can eat pizza again. Just not often and not as much, THANK GOD. I'm amazed that I used to be able to pull down five to six pieces in about 10-15 minutes. I'm trying to figure out where I put it all. Then I look at my August 11, 2005 picture I've got posted here and I remember. Mike in GR > > PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA.... Guest guest
How about a baked potato with fat free processed cheddar or american slices melted on it and bacon bits? I could get something like that together for 250 calories or less. Nice. Potatoes aren't bad, frying them is. > > Bacon cheese fries yuummmy never heard of those wish I did before lol > > >
Guest guest
well gang I can't eat tomatoes, so I guess I'm going to Mexican as my last supper, even with IC I seem to be able to eat some of it without dying. So I will pig out that night.
Guest guest
yes you can go out to eat, but choose carefully, remember to do your protein first (helps the hair loss) got that permantenly on my mind, and carbs last.
Guest guest
The south beach pizzas are pretty good. I make pizzas on tortillas as well. They're tasty and not all bready. We don't have it often tho. W 380/259/160 lisamathis76 wrote: > PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA.... I STILL MISS IT! > >
Guest guest
I'm sure there is. LOL! I won't be drinking them anymore. The alcohol hit too fast. Guest guest
I have mashed potatoes or a half a baked potato on occasion. I usually just put a bit of butter, salt & pepper tho. I don't like sour cream. Cheese would be ok tho. I usually by the 2% shredded kind for stuff like that. I don't like the fat free slices. I can do the 2% tho. Guest guest
You sound like my parents. They will eat some lite things but no fat free for the most part. I've never been able to have a problem with fat free stuff. Maybe I just don't have a decerning palatte. I love low fat and fat free stuff. > > How about a baked potato with fat free processed cheddar or american > > slices melted on it and bacon bits? Guest guest
Thanks Robyn - I had this exact talk with my endocrinologist yesterday. My sugars went back up and it is because I am celebrating the Holidays like there is no tomorrow. She reminded me that I should start now - cause I will have to deal with Holidays 2007 and will struggle. I would hate to cancel my surgery which is scheduled Jan 17....ONE MONTH away! I gotta hit the gym more... Robyn LOSERS@...> wrote: My LAST SUPPERS took place for a week before surgery. BIG MISTAKE. My blood sugars climbed so high my surgery was cancelled three times in one week. I was admitted overnight into the hospital and pumped full of insulin then rushed into surgery hours before my insurance authorization was scheduled to expire! Word of advice to pre ops: Food isn't going anywhere! They are NOT gonna stop making it. Don't be so anxious to return to your own eating habits. THINK ABOUT THE REASONS YOU ARE HAVING SURGERY!!!
