You evaluated what you were doing and made the necessary changes. Took the time and you were successful. I'm very happy for you and pleased to see you succeed. I'll have to use you as my example, cause this liquid diet is killing me, and I find that I'm gorging on my one meal a day. You've got to get rid of that comfort food and deal with the lack of comfort. For me I just gravitated towards work or over planning my afternoons/evenings/weekends. I need to change the location of my computer. I am looking to get a laptop soon so I can go to other places like the library, a coffee shop etc... I am trying to get back into the habit of having a water bottle glued to my hand. That really helps with snacking and keeping the hunger down. I hear that sometimes you mistake hunger for thirst. Can you guess why the snacks are here? I see them all the time and they call out to me. I really tried yesterday and failed about 10:00PM. I even drank 2 large cups of hot tea. I must increase my protein. I had ordered some from the internet at unjury. I am going to try and do 2 protein shakes and a meal each day. I also went shopping today and got some books and a food diary, I hope this will help. I also just read the book " Weight loss surgery for dummies " .
