Guest guest
well i know fluids are most important. i just can not picture downig that much in one time. but mike if it is ok for you then thats what counts, i was told by my surgeon,, no more than 6 ounces in a hour. but remember my surgury is just 2 weeks old. so that may be rule of thumb now, not later.. thats why they tell me to sip.. n not to drink 1/2 hour b4 or after a ,meal. cause water will fill me up and i will not be as hungry.. one thing i learn on here is each of us has differnt programs n adviced given by our surgeons. ask your surgeon if downing that fast is good n ok.. i dont know, i just know thats what i was told. same has eating fast. but hey i,m just new at this n leaning.. it s all a test to see what we can handle.. keep up your good work,, your weight loss says something c ya donna
