I thought with today being Thanksgiving it would be nice if we could

tell each other what we are thankful for. So peeps…… What are you most

thankful for in your life right now.

I'm thankful for the fact that I'm healthy and my family is healthy

and thatI have a loving husband and kids.

I am first of thankful that I am healthier now than I was this time last

year and I have a good friend that by the grace of God is alive today.

I am too very thankful for my wife and family, and am also thankful that I

live the greatest country in the world that I can express my feelings and

faith daily without having to worry about someone coming to take me away.

I am most thankful for my family. With my dad being sick it's really hit

home how important family is. I'm also thankful I had this surgery. It's

been the best thing I've ever done. I'm thankful for my health that is

getting better every day. And I'm thankful for all of you wonderful

people in this group. I'm thankful for all that I have because there are

so many that have nothing. I try to remember there is always someone out

there w/ more & worse problems than me and be thankful that I can handle

what is being dealt to me.

I am thankful first for my family and the love and support I get from them.

I am thankful that my Daddy is not suffering any longer and is at peace.

I am thankful for this group, in their support in this process

I am thankful for all the men and women who are fighting for our freedom.

Most of all I am thankful for God and what He did and does for us.

I hope for all out ther, a wonderful thankful day.

I am thankful for my dad coming to visit. I am thankful for my husband and

daughter and am so proud of them both. I am thankful my husband got a promotion

and we will have medical insurance. I am thankful for our pimp dog, sport. I

am thankful for my weight loss and am thankful I am finally enjoying looking in

the mirror again. I am thankful for my friends. I am thankful for our new

home. I am thankful for the opportunity to run my business and for the

opportunity to learn to sell real estate. I am THANKFUL to be alive. : )

I am thankful for my family, who have been my backbone through all that has gone

on in the last year......They have helped me through WLS, and just been great

support. I am thankful for my health, my new health that I have found since

WLS......

I am thankful for this group........I would be lost without all of you......You

all give great insight and information and pick-me-ups when needed......You all

keep me going.

I know I'm a day late lol, but I thought I would post on this anyway.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Would it be too cheesey to

say I'm thankful for this surgery and the opportunities it's given me?

There are obviously many other things in my life that I am thankful for

(friends, family, a roof over my head, a job) but this definitely ranks

high up on the list!

It is never cheesy to appreciate something that has changed our lives... I

am grateful for all those in my life tremendously, but this surgery has saved my

life... I can't help but feel more thankful for this at the moment... because of

it, I will live longer to enjoy all the other things I am so grateful for! ;)

Hi Everyone,

Sorry this post is a couple of days late, but I wanted to post to it.

I would first like to say how Thankful I am to God for my salvation. The good

that has been in my life and the bad for helping me to learn and appreciate the

good.

That God intrusted three little souls to me and how much better our lives have

been because of it.

To WLS, because without it I would be hiding in my house and my kids would be

right along with me for that ride. It has helped me to live a better life for my

kids, who have already lost our mother to a heart attack and set a reality in my

own life.

To my family and friends (You are all my friends) and the support and love

they have unconditionally given through this WLS journey. Since I have been

struggling to stay afloat here, I have come to realize how much you all here

mean to me and the value of your support... thank you, thank you, THANK

YOU!!!!!!!! << >>

To our soldiers who missed being home to protect us!!!! May God be with you

all.

My list would go on and on.. honestly, I am thankful all the way down to the

clothes on my back and the heat in my home.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving as I had with my babies... this is

the first year since they came to live with me that we made Thanksgiving dinner

together, I will have to post a picture of them stuffing the turkey.. too

cute!!! I have found a new tradition, every year they will help cook. It was so

fun. I am more thankful for them I think then anything really, they keep me

going. They are so worth it.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS and HAPPY LOSING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
