Guest guest
Debbi: You know... you are totally expecting too much... you would never expect that from any of us! Mike: Yes I would - you all had a really good teacher. And you know the old saying " Those who can, do; those who can't, teach. " And before any of you teachers on the list get all bent out of shape - I earned the right to make that comment from teaching for seven years at the college level (and having a twin brother who is a full PHD professor at Willamette University). (And also knowing full well that the best teachers are also the best at what they do and they teach because they love it.) Debbi: Anyway... a really smart person told me to " ... visualize flushing the joint {rib} with cool, running water, soothing the pain with the cold water and flushing out all of the toxins and waste products. " I can tell you that it worked for me and I betcha it will work for you too! Mike: You actually tried it with the RSD? And it worked? After reading the comments about ice triggering RSD flares, that is surprising to hear (good, but still surprising). Debbi: THANKS! Mike: Sincere " You are most welcome.
