It itches and flakes and is red- the more I wash it the redder it gets. I have small pores and my face, ears and neck break out in infected bumps that really are not like pimples. They itch also. I'm going to try to get a referral to a dermatologist in Jan. to find out what it is. >> I agree that you had better see a dermatologist. There are a number of things that it could be. I have a friend that get the sane thing and his face if bright red unless he takes medication.
