Does anyone know if any of the US surgeons are now using the smaller incisions. I know that the small incisions that do not involce cutting through muscle are gaining in popularity among THR surgeons, but have not heard of a similar situation for resurfacings. Ken Hi Ken I had my R/H done by DR Goldberg at University Hospital in Cleveland, OH and on my appointment to see him before the surgery I asked him to make the incision as small as possible he explained to me it all depends on the type of equipment and the user of the equipment and what needs to be done. My incision ended up being around 6 " but it can be smaller or larger depending on patience need's. Carmen R/H OCT/
