ACK! my sewing machine ate me

Hey everyone,

this is what happens when you don't check your mail for a few days.... you

miss saying hello to all the new people! So hello everyone that has

recently joined us!

just to add my .25 on the fur babies...

I have 2 puppies that i spend a lot of time with one is Bear the other is

Molly. They have decided that they are going to be aid dogs, when i am not

feeling good Molly likes to lay on me and won't get off. When i tell her

" off " she just looks at me like i am crazy and doesn't move. If i do manage

to get up Bear stands on my feet when i stop moving. He has gotten really

good at letting me know when a dizzy spell is going to happen as soon as i

sit down he gets off of my feet. Molly also helps our son, when he drops

his remote she digs it out from under his chair and puts it where he can

reach it. she hasn't quite got the idea that putting it in his lap would be

good but who knows she might get that idea tomorrow. I didn't train either

of them to do these things they just started doing them on thier own, can't

say i will ever regret taking them out of the pound.

i have been at my sewing machine for the past couple of days working on a

quilt for mother's day for my mom. It tends to suck me in for a while and i

don't notice i haven't done anything else for a couple of days
