Hi all,

After chelating my three boys for about a year and a half, I decided

to take charge of my own health. Inspite of eating healthfully,

exercising and taking vitamins, I was always tired, had horrible PMS

and depression and food intolerances. After I had some testing done,

I discovered I was indeed metal toxic to mercury, lead, arsenic and

cadmium. I apprently am also fighting some viruses as well. I began

with fighting the viruses and did some homeopathic viral remedies,

Olive Leaf Extract and two days of high dose Vitamin A. The previous

helped a bit, but the vitamin A seemed to help a lot more. I also

did a month of anti-candida treatment, which seemed to lift my mental

fog and depression. I began a round of ALA yesterday, following

Andy's protocol, every 3-4 hours with high dose Vitamin C 4x per day

as well as 200 mcg of selenium before bed. I can tell you with no

uncertainty, that I have not felt this good in many years! My energy

is phenominally better and my thinking is much more clear. Thank you

so much for all the wonderful information this group has provided

over the years.

Tina,

Would suggest that you also try natural progesterone cream for PMS. It is the

lack of progesterone and/or too much estrogen that causes PMS symptoms.

Estrogen is an excitatory hormone that needs to be balanced with natural

progesterone. Our environment is overloaded with estrogenic compounds (hormones

in food, pesticides, chlorine, etc.) affecting men, women & children. Most of

us have excess estrogen levels. The treatment is diet (hormone free meat &

poultry with organic fresh fruits and vegetables, as much as possible) and

natural progesterone cream (which can be purchased over the counter). Dr.

Lee also has a website at www.johnleemd.com that gives more information.

Natural progesterone cream (14 to 21 days per month - ending when period starts)

helps with anxiety, weepiness, insomnia, PMS, aggression & other bad moods. You

can buy natural progesterone cream over the counter at most health food stores.

The most commonly used brand is Pro-Gest. Progesterone (which is calming)

balances estrogen (which is excitatory). Would suggest that everyone read book

WHAT YOU DOCTOR MAY NOT TELL YOU ABOUT PREMENOPAUSE by Lee, MD. Don't let

the title fool you, this book should be read by all, even if not premenopausal.

Do not confuse with synthetic Progestins which require prescriptions, are

frequently toxic and not calming. You can check out hormone balance

questionaire at http://www.johnleemd.net/forms/hb_test.html.

Progesterone is an amazing hormone with multiple functions.

Hope this helps,

Janet McAuley
