I have palpitations and tachycardia. I have had good results with

both Claritin and Allegra (when my new insurance didn't cover

Claritin, before it was over the counter). I had no noticible side

effects with either one, including no drowsiness (other than my

normal tiredness on or off meds) or heart issues.
