Guest guest
Definitely in the case of a loss- they should not hold back info but you did remind me that when I requested Kenny's autopsy report- they took forever getting it to me- my lawyer ( yes, I did go after the doctor- sad thing though is he isn't all that affected by the suit , the hospital is- ) but anyhow the lawyer stated that the longer they delayed giving them to me- the more changes they could make to it...... so get any records asap , most should be ok with it........ I figured I'd have a time due to the doctor stating when he came into the hall to tell me my son was gone. " Please , don't tell the kids at his school it was our fault " - big statement for a little guy there......... talk about make a mother angry ! Hugs- TJ TJ Funny I am in the process of requesting all medical records from any doctor Danny or I saw. As I mentioned in an earlier post we seem to have to take on the responsibility for our own health care so why not have our records. Most of the doctors I have contacted are OK with it........they better be because I am now reaching the angry stage where I am questioning everything the docs did or said regarding Danny especially. And as most people have said " knowledge is power " and the more I know will be beneficial to me & to my other son if in fact he does have this.
