Spoke to SSI Lawyer this morn- Please Read-

Well-

I had a call last night from my SSI lawyer that told me to phone another lawyer-

one that lives closer to me- so I did do that first thing when I woke.

He seems very nice........ I explained much to him- about my website containing

some relevant information and about this egroup and etc.

Well- he said, he does know the Judge and he feels that we have a case but that

the below would not be able to be used in the case-

1. EDS facts- They do not want nor allow information about what EDS and what EDS

causes to be involved- what they want is How EDS effects TJ.

2.Websites- egroups- etc...... my sons death, will not be of any help either as

it does not state what EDS is doing in My life.

There is more but at moment I can not remember.... fuzz head TJ.

He will be coming here to visit me April 1.... so I have time then to gather

past information that SSI did not get since the denial....

I did mention that there was a definition on the SSI site that qualified EDS for

SSI....... but do you think I could remember it while we spoke for nearly an

hour on the phone? No.... Anyone have any idea where and what that information

was?

Gosh........ at this moment thats all I can even remember- if I remember

something later...... will send thru...... I'm gonna go shower and see if it

relaxes my pain level some.
