Guest guest
Thank you for all the great advice and suggestions for the back spasm that I had. Of course I didnt get up the nerve to ask for back xrays yesterday (kinda have a bit of a phobia that this doctor will start to think i am a hypochondriac). I did mention that I had one though and she told me to keep watch on it (like i wouldnt lol). Anyways, since I had only been taking 2 percocet a day (mainly to not want to take to many, and definatly 'lived through' some of the pain, also didnt want to be groggy while on campus) she decided to give me a perscription for percocet demi (half strength percocet) that I can take during the day that wont have as many side effects. I took one about an hour ago and it did dull my wrist pain after writing for an hour. And no major side effects! I can still function. She still may look into a very low dose of mscontin though as it is long- acting. And I will definatly ask about xrays next week (both my mom and boyfriend made me start a list of things to ask about as it is growing fairly large). Maybe you guys can answer some so I will know what to ask: 1) Can percocet make you hot? Everytime I take them I feel really hot, almost like i have a fever (never actually checked though). Taking them at night, I generally end up sleeping with the window open under a sheet (and i live in canada so its not warm here) 2) I am itchy!! All over, its not chicken pox and i dont have a rash i just feel really itchy. Is it possible to have developed an allergy to one of the medications? I am on celexa (since january) and different doses of percocet (been on constantly for a week and have been on them in the past) 3) Chicken Pox vaccine? Is it 'safe' to get one with EDS? Anyone had one? I have never had the chicken pox before and with my nephew in daycare I am sure it is going to come home soon enough. 4) Cold hand. My one hand that i have had tendonitis in many times is starting to be very very cold (wrapped or unwrapped) this is followign it starting to flare up again. Could this be RSD? Should I be looking for anything else? Well I think that is it Thank you in advance Stacey
