Guest guest
I have had a couple of posts recently about EMPF Therapy for non- healing bones, which is what your plastic cuff is. Scientifically, all healing in the body is a function of differing frequencies. The " frequency " to jump-start bone growth for instance is different than for the formation of scar tissue. When a practitioner's hands are in what I call " treatment mode " they scan a range of frequencies, including the same 6-8 Hz as your cuff. And no, I don't see any way that doing it yourself would interfere with the machine. The sensations I get when I am running energy through a joint vary. It might feel like a wave, or a pulse, or like a ping pong ball bouncing back and forth. If you feel any of this, stay with it until it stops or feels balanced as in the same in both hands. Sometimes it is very subtle and faint. Other times it is like beating on a drum. Generally speaking, if there is not a problem, I don't feel anything. As for what you feel with Therapeutic Touch, I have had introductory training in it and Touch for Health, which is similar. I do not feel anywhere near the same sensations with TT as I do with Polarity or acupressure. I feel the latter two much stronger.
