Guest guest Posted March 16, 2004 Report Share Posted March 16, 2004 Hi Everyone My gp at school gave me a sample of betacaine (topical 5% lidocaine gel) and said that it should help. I have tried it once and got absolutly nothing out of it. I have read that Type III dont respond to local anesthetics would this topical be counted as a local? And does anyone have any articles dealing with this? I have found one but it isnt very clear (The one from the EDNF site).
