Well, I had my last (hopefully) cig at around 10:00 this morning. I

got the gum.

So far, I feel like crap. But, I felt like crap before I had my

last cig. haha

I'm telling my family not to expect anything from me, and to LEAVE

ME ALONE for a few days.

I feel sort of light headed. I'm also having hot flashes - but I

was having those before, just not as often. Yesterday, my chest was

feeling heavy,

and I thought it was my allergies or the smoking.

Anyway, my chest is feeling lighter, so it must be the smoking.

I've been smoking a lot more than usual - about 15-20 cigs a day.

I thought about that - 15-20 cigs a day. That's a cig every hour

during the day. And since I sleep about 3 hours during the day, I

smoke more than one cig every hour. That's incredible!

Well, I thought I'd report to the board about my progress. I'll

sure be embarrassed if I can't do it!

My favorite quote - by Mark Twain -

" Quitting smoking is easy! I've done it a hundred times! "
