Mike, & Bonnie, I had mine handy - it's pages 53-57 and 117-

123 In the preface part, it says it takes 3x a day for several

months for a lady to help herself - she had chronic fatigue.

The chronic fatigue story was just an example that he used. And

treating chronic fatigue can be much more difficult than just

building up the immune system in general.

The other thing about Gach is that he just lists points without

putting them into any kind of specific routine. I will check some

of my Jin Shin Do books for comparison to see if they list any

specific drills that might be more effective. I will also check my

polarity manuals.
