Mojo, I know you are correct in that judgement. I sometimes wonder what we'd do in similar circs

if it were those of us so used to demanding top notch treatment. Would be a real test of character

You know, I can't really complain about those times. I mean the doctors were really good. Maybe they didn't have the ethics about the way the spoke with you or anything like that, bottom line, I really did have good care. It wasn't their fault either. It was that way in the country period. Nothing was available. I left the hospital being on 60mg of prednisone and I couldn't get any prednisone in any of the pharmacies. Finally, the doctor at the hospital took some out for me. Now, it's a whole different story.

But then yes, when I am at a hospital here I really do appreciate all the good stuff, the fact that you get fresh sheets each day, the fact that you have a choice of menu, etc. And then I still remember that there are countries out there that would consider my experience from Poland 17 years ago to be luxury in comparison to what they have today.
