Thanks from me too for the SI tip. I had a session with Mike this weekend,

and I could feel my very longstanding SI problem trying to right itself. I

had some relief after he finished, but we could tell that it needed more work.

I tried your isometric exercise, and after I lowered my leg and stretched

I heard/felt a

huge pop. I bet with the two treatments together, something moved. I find

it hard to tell though; the pain I feel is usually worse in the mornings

as I lie in bed for some reason, so I'll know more tomorrow.

Mike, I sure hope it wasn't the work you did on my joints that in turn

made YOUR SI

problem worse!

Sounds like what I told you about working on Barb sometimes. When I

finish, it will be not quite there but I don't want to force it.

Sometimes she will do one of her EDS bend herself in half things and

in it goes. Other times she will wake up in the morning and it will

have finished the " adjustment " on its own during the night. Working

on it helps loosen things up so it can do the rest on its own.

As for mine, don't worry about it. It wasn't anything from working

on you on Sunday. It was actually from the crappy set-up we had in

class. Hard, narrow, conference type tables with a wimpy little

foam pad for a cushion. And we were standing whenever we were doing

the hands-on part. It wasn't the ideal set-up for good body

mechanics. Just getting on and off those stupid tables would make me

tense up. With good reason - I have seen people fall off them in

previous classes.

After I did 's tip myself this morning and then got moving

around, it loosened up pretty good. Besides, this is an off and on

chronic thing for me. I am just grateful that I have not had to

have it treated " professionally " now for over two years.
