HI all,

I know I need antibiotics but noone seems to want to get involved. On

Staurday I spent all day at Duke ER. Thet were wonderful but because once again

they

say the infection is " Chronic " in the bone (OF course it is no one wants to

deal with it!). They were wonderful about pain control I was given a lot of

morphine and then they upped my regular morphine up to 90mg 3 times a day. The

IV

day was great because for two days I didn't hurt. Anyway, they told me to

caqll the DR's at the ortho clinic and they should see me within the week. Well,

we called today and apparently the ER docs send them lists of people seen in

the ER who need to be seen ASAP and my name wasn't on it. Thety were to call

the ER and check. Well, we called back 3 times todqay and they were still

looking into it....so much for day one of this week.
