The walk to the library works if you feel up to it which isn't always the case I'm sure. I started with this group in March so haven't met you, but welcome back. And congrats to your son for checking himself into rehab. This took courage plus it must be a huge relief to you. Members of my family have been in and out of rehab for years and even though it took a time or two for some of them (three times for one), the results ultimately were positive and all are clean and sober now. There are some wonderful helpful people " out there " who, if we let them, can get us on the straight and narrow again. Taking the first step is the hardest. Be of good cheer and hang in there.
