Naperville is a suburb of Chicago.

We tried to get our son in to be seen as a patient, but he does not yet

weigh 25 pounds which seems to be the magic number for them to consider a

young child as a patient. Our son has several things going on besides

autistic symptoms. I sensed a hesitancy in tackling a small child with a

complex medical history.

I did have several extensive phone conversations with the nurse. She

encouraged us to continue with what we were doing with the diet. We may

pursue Pfeiffer again when our son is over 25 pounds.

My mother-in-law lives in the suburban Chicago area and read me, over the

phone, a great newspaper write-up about the Pfeiffer Treatment Centre.

They are known worldwide for dealing with all sorts of disorders that can

be helped by dietary and other interventions.
