Guest guest
Mike, all of your experience in your class just blows my mind! Well, gratefully not LITERALLY! ------------- Well, if you have dilgently followed my posts, you know from a couple of them that those same experiences were also " blowing my mind. " Except in my case, there were times when it was more literal than figurative. There have been times with some of it (like this latest class post) where it would be very easy to just dismiss it as a figment of my imagination - easy for me to dismiss it and easy for any one else to dismiss it. It is difficult to dismiss when you get an independent, third party verification. I had a chance to do some additional " experimentation " yesterday. One person had to leave early yesterday so we had an odd number of students in the afternoon session. Since I have no intention of actually doing VM in the mechanical way that they teach it, I felt it was more important for the rest of the class to get the hands-on practice. I ended up working with two others (the guy I worked with the day before and one of the ladies). At one point, we were working on locating and releasing restrictions in the lower segment of the sigmoid colon. " He " was on the table and " she " was acting as practitioner. He said it felt very compacted to him and she said it was definitely stuck with no lateral mobility at all. At that point, I stepped in and said " let me try something. " Instead of physically pushing or pulling the colon to loosen it, I simply put the tips of my right hand fingers along the lateral border and the tips of my left hand fingers along the medial border, pointed in a V shape toward the posterior abdominal wall. And then I just focused my intention on abdominal wall restrictions. Pretty soon, I got some nice pulses and waves going. When they balanced out, I told her " ok - check it now. " It was no longer compacted and it was no longer stuck. They then switched so he was working on her. He found an area of restriction and asked me to put my hands above his two index fingers. Actually, what he said was " OK, Mr. Energy, bring your magic fingers over here. " I simply put the palm of my right hand over his hands (about four inches above his hands so I was working totally off body and making no physical contact at all). After about ten seconds, I got an energetic tingle at the base of my palm and a really chaotic, swirling sense of energy. Her eyes got all wide and she said " Oh, wow! " She then described a buzzing, tingling sensation in her abdomen, followed by a swirling sensation. There were a couple of other similar situations during the day. But the point is that when I have multiple third parties in essence verifying or validating what I am sensing, I have no choice but to accept the reality of it. As freaky as that reality sometimes gets.
