Dear Friends,

I am so proud of myself. I have decided that I am going to try to start walking

everyday and I did it today. I went for a walk outside for 20minutes. My

daughter rode her scooter and everyone was happy. I hope that starting this

walking program will put good toxins in my body and help me with stress and

panic attacks.

Wish me luck, I will keep you posted.
