Can anyone tell me if Quaker rice cakes (mainly the apple cinnamon ones- not the minis, but the regular size) are gfcf? My kids LOVE them, and I thought they were gfcf, but I noticed natural flavorings on the ingredients list, and I feel awful about this. Any info? Thanks!!
