Guest guest Posted April 1, 2004 Report Share Posted April 1, 2004 HI friends, I was wondering if any of you have service dogs. I was going to train one myself but don't have the energy anymore. I know I am " only " 39 but my dislocations are coming more frequently (as well as fractures), and I have a nonunion of the sub talar joint with possible osteomyletis. I was wondering which organizations might work the quickest and be the most affordable. It looks like my husband will finally be getting a new job (either Seattle or Boston) If he takes the Boston job he will be traveling more days then not and the stays will be like two/three weeks at a time. Since I have no friends or family I Though I'd feel better with a service dog so I could go out, someone to help me get up if I fall or get help if I need it. Anny suggesstions would be appreciated .
